The staff are extremely friendly and obliging. The hotel is clean and very comfortable. Nearby there are some excellent places to eat including the Asian Kitchen a couple of dorrs along. I would happily stay here again.

The rooms are bright with a big window. The bathroom was spacious with an excellent shower ( a rainshower), actually the best shower we had in Vietnam! Location is good, near all the hotels in a small street, so it's relatively quiet at night. Airconditioning works good and tv has lots of international channels. But the best in this hotel is the very friendly service, the girls behind the counter make your stay very pleasant! Definitly value for money! I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Thang Pham (hotel owner) are very friendly and polite. Simple room with twin bed, cleanliness, satellite tv, free WiFi, modern bathroom. At the end of the alley there are Indian restaurant that sell halal food. I'll recomended this hotel to my friends.

Stairs to the guest rooms have taped the "anti slip tape"

Hotel had a recent make over and everything was new and of a good quality...especially the bathroom

The friendly service from the staff, they were very helpful and helped arrange tours for me- very personal service. single room was small but everything i needed, bed, tv, modern ensuite bathroom, fridge, a/c. Great value for money, Booked 1 night but stayed for 3. would stay here again.

make sure you look in advance where the hotel is on map, i arrived in the dark and was difficult to find as hotel/backpacker area hidden within backstreets.

Nothing bad, perfect budget accomadation for HCMC.

The room had a tv, fridge and a much nicer bathroom than I was expecting. The fridge contents were very well priced. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was pretty good as well.

The staff needed my passport in order to fill in a form, and I payed for my room in cash. They failed to give my passport and change back until the next day despite me asking for it back once. It was no big deal as I got it back first thing the next morning, but I was leaving very early that morning and when I went to bed the previous night without having my passport on my person I was a little worried whether I would be able to get it back the next morning when I left, as it was a small hotel and it was early. Like I say though, it was okay in the end. A water bottle in the fridge didn't have the plastic seal signifying it is safe to drink, so I wasn't sure and I left it - that shouldn't really happen. Overall the hotel was very good, though.

Very friendly staff! Good quality rooms in backpacker area of HoChiMinh City... Was there 3 nights and slepyt like in a 4 star hotel. Because room is not on main road, there is not much noise at night!

It was saying on the website at the time that single rooms feature windows which isn't true. So I had to change for a double to get a window and pay a little more. Still not full price though. The bed was really unconfortable. Noisy too but I guess he gets better if you are on the last floor.
